SHIPPING
Once payment is received for your purchase we will then ship the diamond to you, fully insured to the value of AUD 25,000. In certain situations we will do the same up to AUD $50,000.
For items $25,000 and above we recommend using Brinks. We can deliver in any Australian metropolitan city for $250 ex GST via Brinks.
Otherwise please use Star Track which we also insure. In each instance, unless requested by the customer, we will organise insurance with the customer if it is not automatic above certain value thresholds.
For outside Metro using Brinks please email Admin@wholesalediamondsdirect.com.au and we will organise the most cost effective service/ quote.
We do not make margin off freight. As such we request prompt payment.
INSURANCE
Wholesale Diamonds Direct fully insures goods door to door up to $25,000 AUD automatically.
Above this amount WDD will liaise with the client to organise suitable, insured delivery of the goods. We do not send goods out uninsured.
WDD tracks all shipments constantly and can provide tracking numbers where appropriate and/or courier details. For High Value goods where a courier, armed or not, is used, delivery will be pre-arranged with the client.
HIGH VALUE SERVICE
For total peace of mind we engage Brinks to transport your high end diamonds for added security. Brinks specialises in high value goods worldwide. All diamonds purchased from us are also insured door to door ie from the vault into your hands . In short we can offer a secure (armed if necessary), delivery service for your diamonds. Please inform us if you wish to utilise this service.
For Brinks outside of Australian Metropolitan Capital Cities that does not fit the $250 inc GST service, we suggest purchasing the diamond online so it doesn’t get sold then we will contact you within 24 hours to choose a delivery option.
If you are working directly with us to source a particular diamond, for example an Argyle Tender diamond, we will discuss your needs and organise delivery in a suitable way.
RETURNS
If you receive the wrong item or it is damaged it is fully refundable. Please see our Terms & Agreements
