SHIPPING
Once payment is received for your purchase we will then ship the diamond to you, fully insured to any value door to door.
If you prefer to use Brinks we can do so for goods up to $50,000 for $250 ex GST via Brinks.
For all goods above $50,000 we use Brinks (at our cost) which is an armed courier specialising in Diamonds, Fine Art, Gold Bullion, and other high value items.
For Argyle Diamonds and rare diamonds we use Brinks by default.
For standard items we fully insure the goods with startrack for an overnight bespoke courier service.
We do not make margin off freight. As such we request prompt payment.
INSURANCE
Wholesale Diamonds Direct fully insures all goods door to door up to $50,000 AUD automatically. Above this we organise insurance for the client prior to sending the goods out.
We will never send goods to clients that are not insured for their full value.
WDD tracks all shipments constantly and can provide tracking numbers where appropriate and/or courier details. For High Value goods where a courier, armed or not, is used, delivery will be pre-arranged with the client.
HIGH VALUE SERVICE
For total peace of mind we engage Brinks to transport your high end diamonds, such as Argyle Diamonds, for added security and another layer of insurance. Brinks specialises in high value goods worldwide. All diamonds purchased from us are also insured door to door ie from the vault into your hands . In short we can offer a secure (armed if necessary), delivery service for your diamonds.
RETURNS
If you receive the wrong item or it is damaged it is fully refundable. Please see our Terms & Agreements
